Fluffy Clouds

Drifting across the sky at different heights, these big soft clouds have smooth rounded, bumpy edges that are simple and satisfying to color. One cloud wears a gentle smiling face, and a couple of small birds glide between them. With only a handful of large shapes, this is one of the easiest pages around — perfect for toddlers and preschoolers just learning to stay inside the lines. Clouds are made of tiny water droplets floating in the air, and the puffy, cotton-like kind shown here are called cumulus clouds, the ones you often see on sunny days. White clouds with a pale blue sky look classic, but sunset pinks and purples are just as fun. Leave the clouds mostly white and color the sky around them for an extra fluffy effect.
